Innovative Hydraulic Unit built by our NAP Toppers!
At NAP Engineering BV Techniek we believe in customization and trust. For this project, the client gave us complete freedom to design a hydraulic power unit and build it according to our own insights. Why? Because they fully trust our craftsmanship and expertise – and we are very proud of that! Our mechanics/engineers enthusiastically got to work on four specific assignments that they encountered in the current process.
The result? A new generator that is powerful, efficient and easy to maintain! 💪🔧

Their old generator had previously had problems with heat dissipation. We addressed this by adding two Bosch Rexroth coolers of 55 kW each. The system now remains perfectly cooled under all circumstances.

With additional and finer filters, oil purity has been drastically improved. The OPM II from Hengst Filtration continuously monitors cleanliness so we can guarantee optimal performance.

The unit has been designed with technicians in mind: all components are easily accessible for fast and efficient maintenance.

The generator is built to work twice as hard. With a larger 1000 litre tank, 132 kW electric motor and a powerful Bosch Rexroth With a 180cc pump the unit is ready for the toughest challenges.
