Cylinder overhaul, repair
Would you like to have a new cylinder built or overhauled?
With our cylinder bank we can adequately overhaul your cylinder.
In order to be able to adequately and optimally guide the process of your cylinder revision/repair, we have this cylinder (de) and assembly bench in our workshop. With a size of no less than 12 meters, we can also make room for large and heavy cylinders. With this bench design, our mechanics can work even more efficiently.
Our laser cladding layers
We offer different cladding layers, each with their unique properties. These layers are clad by a unique EHLA laser cladding machine and are a very good alternative to both nickel and chrome.
625 + a nickel-based low and has a extremely high wearen corrosion resistance. Moreover, this layer also has strong adhesion properties and has a relative high hardness (HV) compared to other laser cladding layers. This layer is specially designed for the EHLA laser cladding machine and is ideal for: heavy-corrosive environments.
Or a 625 nickel-based low and offers very high resistance Tegen corrosion en oxidation. Moreover, it is designed to high temperatures to resist. This layer can also function under high tensile stresses and temperature differences, both in and out of the water. This makes this layer ideal for: offshore applications.
Power units
Energy efficient, quiet and reliable. You determine the preconditions for your task, we engineer and manufacture the perfectly suitable hydraulic aggregate – from the compact standard aggregate to project-specific units with tank contents of up to 75.000 litres.
In the meantime, we are building nicely, so we have a nice stock of power units.
Pumps and motors
The pumps from Bosch Rexroth and Moog are known for their solution-oriented design, making them compatible with all products within their portfolio. Our range of hydraulic pumps and motors includes axial piston pump motors, external gear pump motors, internal gear pump motors, gerotor pump motors, old pump motors, radial piston pump motors and electro-hydraulic pump motors.
